BAFTA 2021: Lista completa de ganadores, ‘Nomadland’ arrasa

Los BAFTA son el equivalente a los premios Oscar, pero que entrega la Academia Británica de las Artes Cinematográficas y de la Televisión. El pasado fin de semana 10 y 11 de abril se anunciaron los galardones del BAFTA 2021 . Conoce a todos los ganadores y a la película que se encamina a llevarse también el Oscar, Nomadland.

El próximo domingo 25 de abril se entregarán los Oscar, los premios más importantes de la industria del cine. Previo a este evento, varias películas estrenadas durante 2020, se van acomodando como las posibles ganadoras, y Nomadland es una seria candidata.

Así lo confirmó la ceremonia de los BAFTA 2021, que dejó a este film de la directora nacida en Pekín, Chloé Zhao, como la más ganadora del certamen. Nomadland, con la increíble actuación de Frances McDormand, cuenta la historia de una mujer que lo pierde todo, y sale a la ruta a viajar mientras trabaja de forma temporal, en los puestos que logra encontrar.

En el camino irá conociendo lugares y personas que la marcarán para siempre. La actriz protagonista llegó a compenetrarse tanto con el papel, que durante la preparación, trabajó en los mismos lugares que el personaje: una cafetería, una planta de procesamiento de remolacha, un centro de logística de Amazon y un camping.

El largometraje se llevó cuatro estatuillas en los BAFTA 2021, incluido el premio a ‘Mejor película’.
