El golfista estadounidense Tiger Woods tuvo este martes su primera práctica en el Club de Golf Chapultepec, previo al arranque del World Golf Championship México Championships, mismo que tendrá lugar el próximo jueves.

Woods, considerado uno de los mejores golfistas de todos los tiempos, fue recibido como una estrella por los socios del club, quienes pudieron obtener un autógrafo cuando el deportista tuvo un tiempo libre.

Para la primera práctica, el estadounidense partió del hoyo 10 y permaneció por espacio de dos horas en el campo par-71. Woods fue visto anotar detalles de los últimos nueve hoyos. Antes de abandonar el campo firmó varios autógrafos también para algunos niños entusiasmados.

Este miércoles comenzará de manera oficial la ronda de prácticas, en tanto el jueves y el viernes saldrá acompañado del mexicano Abraham Ancer y de su compatriota Bryson DeChambeau.
